Essential Equipment's
1. Molding Machine
Place the ready dough into the hopper of the machine, and then press the mold of the machine to create the dough of the same size, set a fixed thickness for kuboos.
Note: the diameter and thickness of kuboos can be customized according to the client’s requirements.
2. Conveyor
As the conveyor bends, transfer or move the dough to the oven.
3. Baking Machine
The kuboos from the molding machine into the baking machine. The baking machine has two layers and is operated to bake both sides of kuboos, heat kuboos evenly, and pita bread is primarily driven by a chain conveyor.
